Education: 

Technician - I.T.I/Diploma - Qualification required for Plant shift operator. Basic computer skills & able to work in scheduled shifts is must. ● Technical skills - Basic knowledge of Plant operations, compressors, pumps / Electrical systems

Shift Engineer - Knowledge/Expertise/Education - Bsc OR msc graduate in chemistry, BE/Diploma Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation with first class is preferred.- Preferably having 02 to 03 years of Industrial experience. Skill set - Working understanding of process & technology used in plant. - Process oriented.- Troubleshooting skills.- Analytical skills.- Good communication skills

Job Description:

·                     Safety/ Security Participate in safety tools implementation as per plan prepared by HSE. - Prepare report on incidents, near-miss incidents, - Action plan completion and share with supervisor - Adhere to AL safety guidelines Reliability/ Maintenance Follow preventive/ routine maintenance schedule for onsite plant on the basis equipment maintenance requirement - Maintains safety & reliability of the plant and minimizes down time - Follow the scheduled maintenance plan, under guidance of Site In charge - Conducts daily/routine plant inspection - Identifies maintenance issues and conduct resolution under instructions of Onsite Engineer - In case of complex issues, escalate to Onsite engineer. - Tracks timely implementation of maintenance activity. - Monthly reports on maintenance activities Operations Performs scheduled activities-produce as per production plan at best efficiency levels - Discusses Daily production plan with Onsite engineer. Report actual production levels of prior day. - Operate plant as per production plan (that is, conduct startup, stop, change load of plant in safe and reliable manner as per defined procedures) - In case of alarm/issues, conduct issue resolution; else escalate to Onsite engineer. - Coordinates with Logistics to procure liquid if required. - Handover Operations to next shift - Participates in RCA in case of incidents, along with Onsite engineer - Ensures Basic housekeeping of the Onsite Team Support Travels to other Onsite installations to assist in Operations & Maintenance - Ensures Zero Customer Complaints - Reports & resolves issues in plant O&M in consultation with the Onsite engineer - Manages technical issues through Onsite engineer - ensure minimal customer complaints
